Returns Policy Overview
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive a full refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Postal Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and we will provide you with a Return Number.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product; therefore, any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
In Store Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- Online orders can be returned in-store but must be accompanied by your Order Confirmation email which was received when you placed your order.
- In order to try and facilitate customers we can offer the following three options for returning items in store:
Refund – In order to be as flexible as possible to our customers and help save on return postal costs etc and subject to the above return conditions a customer may return an online purchase to the store for a refund. Please note, the store will not process the refund through our till system. Once our online department have received the return they will consider the condition of the goods before authorising any refunds. Any refunds can only be processed through our online system and can only be processed onto the card or payment method used to place the order. We will endeavour to process your return immediately, however it can take up to 7 working days from date of receipt depending on your bank.
Exchange – Subject to the above return conditions the store can exchange a size, subject to availability, of a garment for another size in the same garment.
Store Credit – Subject to the above return conditions the store can accept goods purchased online and issue a store credit note. The credit note will be subject to our store policy and any purchase made in store thereafter using the credit note shall be covered by our store policy. Any remaining balance left on a credit shall be issued onto a new credit note. We are unable to refund any remaining balance leftover should the item you purchase be of a lower value than the item being returned. There is no expiry date on store credit notes and they can be used in all our stores.
